We are really proud to present you our collaborator Malini Pultoo, the employee to have join our team since the longest time.
Making her debut in our company as helper, joining the logistic for some time, she is now behind the oven since about six years.
She was able to evolve as per her strength of character and motivation. Today, as an inestimable member to our enterprise, Malini concoct the dishes for our excursions with passion and love. Her secret recipe: never shies away from anything. The rhythm of her days goes by a very precise organisation so as to deliver the best flavour to our esteemed guest. Helped by another cook, Ruben, and two assistant cook, Ricardo and Steeve, Malini handle the recipes elaborate by Mrs Gauthier in a masterly fashion.
We are more than proud to be able to count on her as part of our success to deliver a service of excellence. It is with unbelievable emotion that we thank her for her daily dedication through these few lines.
